Cancellation policy
We respect your time is valuable as I'm sure you understand ours is too.
We have a 24hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations outside of 24hours prior to your appointment may re-book at no additional cost.
The first time a cancellation is made within the 24hour period to your appointment, will be given the opportunity to re-book at no additional cost.
Any subsequent cancellations by/for the same client that occur within the 24hour period prior to appointment may result in a cancellation fee being applied, which is 25% of the value of the consultation that had been booked.
Clients who have made a booking and fail to show for their designated appointment and haven't contacted the clinic to advise cancellation may result in a cancellation fee being applied, which is 25% of the value of the consultation that had been booked.
Alison Hewitt Natural Therapies does not issue refunds for cancellations. Credits may be used for subsequent purchases of products and/or services up to 6months after which time your credit expires.
